Dr. Susan Weinschenk offers insights from her 25 years of experience in the field, as well as from the research in psychology on human behavior. Dr. Susan Weinschenk is Chief of Technical Staff at Human Factors International. She has been an industry leader in the field of usability engineering for over 25 years. Dr. Weinschenk has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, with three books on usability published by John Wiley and Sons.
